• Voice Data (Pro Studio tier): Clear 60-second audio recordings submitted voluntarily for personal AI voice model training. These recordings are strictly tied to your account and never shared publicly.
• Payment Information: Billing name, GSTIN (if applicable), and transaction records processed securely through RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI). We do not store raw card numbers or CVVs.

B. Technical Data Collected Automatically

• Device details, browser version, operating system, IP address, approximate geographical region (city/state level), and session durations.
• Performance telemetry and error logs to monitor generation latencies and Core Web Vitals.

3. How We Use Your Audio & Creative Inputs

Unlike generic scrapers, we do not sell your song lyrics or private prompts to third-party data brokers. Specifically:

• Inference & Generation: Your lyrics and prompts are ingested by our generative audio models solely to generate your requested composition.
• Private Voice Isolation: Voice models trained with your custom audio on Pro Studio tiers are encrypted with private tenant keys. Other users cannot discover or generate music using your voice.
• Model Improvement: Anonymized and aggregated audio preferences (e.g., preferred tempo ranges or popular raga variations) may be used to refine our Indian music foundation models unless you opt out.

4. Data Storage and Indian Data Localization

Primary user account records, voice embeddings, and generated stem files are hosted within secure, ISO 27001-certified data centers located in Mumbai, India. Where international CDN edge caching is deployed (via Cloudflare or AWS CloudFront), data is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We employ minimal, privacy-respecting cookies:
